No, we do not require any minimum order.
What types of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit & debit cards as well as paypal.
How do I sign up for an account?
It's very easy to register for an account. Simply go to the Create an Account page, fill in the fields, and you can then order any time and start shopping.
How is the product shipped and what are the Shipping rates?
The majority of orders are shipped from El Paso, TX. Shipping costs are determined by weight, dimension, and destination of the package and shipping options are available during the check out process.
How long does it take to ship out my order?
We ship orders within 1-3 business days
How can I view my order, invoice, or tracking number?
You can view orders, invoices, and tracking information once an order has shipped by logging into your account.
Can I place an order for pick up at the warehouse / Store?
Yes! NovoTex is open 5 days a week. We encourage customers to visit us during normal business hours. You can purchase merchandise on our website and pick it up in person, or you can come to our facility and make the purchase in person.
Please be sure to come with a vehicle large enough to fit the merchandise you are purchasing. You may visit our facility at any time without any obligation to purchase.
How can I place an order?
You may place orders with us in several different ways:
- Directly through our website – just add the products that interest you to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to submit your order.
- In person (visit us, see the merchandise, pay for your order in person and take it away with you the same day)
Can I ask for specific items to be placed in my lot?
No, our lots are pre-made and items cannot be changed.
If I’m unsatisfied with my purchase, what can I do?
All Sales are final, please refer to our Return Policy.
Is there a risk in purchasing Customer Returns?
Our quality control process reduces defects and errors to under 5% and our pricing reflects that variability.
